Anxiety & Depression

Sometimes anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming and difficult to manage. In therapy we will work together to explore those feelings, while learning how it shows up in your life, and using reflections, and mindfulness based coping skills to manage those feelings when they come up.

Life Transitions

When things in our life shift, or change it can be difficult adapt, especially if we don’t feel supported. No matter what transition you’re currently in, or what lies ahead, in therapy we will create a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about the transition you’re currently facing. I’ll support you along your journey as you settle into your new way of being.

Relationship Issues

Our relationships are an important part of our lives. When issues arise in our family, friendships or intimate relationships, such as difficulty connecting with others, feeling unheard, or even issues with codependency; these are things that can be addressed in individual therapy. We will explore past and current relationship patterns, as well as thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to help you feel more connected, and have more fulfilling relationships.

Sex Therapy

Sexual health is an essential part of emotional and physical wellbeing, and if you are experiencing sexual health concerns this can sometimes be difficult to talk about. Sex therapy is talk therapy where you’re able to focus more on sexual concerns you may be experiencing. Sexual concerns can include sexual desire, arousal, sexual interest or orientation, painful intercourse, trouble reaching orgasm, or other sexual concerns you may have. Through therapy you will be able to identify and reach your goals to bring you closer to fulfillment in your sex life.
